Welcome, I am Seona Gunn-Kelly, an avid pupil of all things mind body. I work hard every day to improve my connection between my subconscious and conscious self. I have been on this journey for over 10 years now, as a chiropractor, health and wellness coach, and pilates instructor. What do YOU Really Want?
Until we know what our goals are, how can we arrive at our destination - create clear powerful goals to improve your health and well-being. Becoming crystal clear with who you want to be say in 3 months, 6 months or a year etc is absolutely paramount to your success. Clouded thoughts or goals allow inconsistency and procrastination to win. Become a missile rocket - find the destination you want, however outlandish or unachievable it might seem, and set a determined course, the rest will follow.
Obstacles and Belief Systems
Identify those obstacles in your way - learn ways to navigate them and transform them into allies on your journey. Between the ages of 0-5, we are sponges. We have to be to take so much information in such a short period of our life. We don’t develop our reasoning mind until we are 6 onwards, therefore many of the beliefs we have about ourselves are created when we are very little, when we have no ability to refute what we are told.
Rock Your World
Activate your deep powers of possibility to start changing your outcomes and watch the magic unfold. Change comes from within, not without - you cannot create change from your 5 senses, that is reactionary. To effect permanent change, place new beliefs and goals into your subconscious, so you start to change your reality, you embody the person who can achieve your WANTS.
How to Fulfill your Potential
Learn who you need to become in order to reach your goals - become the person you are destined to be. This is where we flesh out your main WANT with feelings and emotions that will draw your Goal to you, using all the skills you have learnt and applying these new skills habits and behaviours to your success.
Laws of the Universe are on your side
Learn how to harness the Laws of the Universe, discover these great powers so you can wield them to help you reach your goals. The laws of the universe govern our outcomes as do our beliefs and if we can learn how to create positive beliefs and harness the Power of the Laws of the Universe we set ourselves up for success.
What you Believe is your Truth
How to master the little voice in your head to change your beliefs and write a new script to enhance your power to succeed. The internal monologue and our thoughts create a feeling and that feeling creates an action, those actions create your outcome. Look at your current results they are a reflection of the story you are telling yourselves.
